- 1 9-ounce box frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves

- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 4 6-ounce cod fillets
- Juice of 1/2 lemon, plus wedges for serving

Instructions for the Salmon Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 4 6-ounce fillets of salmon, boneless and skinless
- 3 tablespoons coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 teaspoons coconut crystals or honey

- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic

In a bowl, with an electric mixer on medium speed, blend all ingredients except crackers
- 2 6-oz. cans tuna, drained
- 8-oz. pkg. light cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. light mayonnaise
- 2 T. onion, minced
- 1 t. dried parsley
- 1/2 t. hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1/2 t. dried parsley
