- 1-1/4 cups seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 lb haddock (cooked for 12 mins)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup & 1/8 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/8 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/8 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 tbs minced fresh parsley=1/4 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp dried marjoram
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
Place fillets on a greased baking sheet; season with salt and pepper
