- 1 Cup bread crumbs
- 1-2 tsp. LEMON PEPPER, RUTH ANN'S MUSKEGO AVE. or SUNNY SPAIN, optional
- 1/2 Cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 Cup butter
- 1/2 Cup chopped onion (1 small)
- 1/2 Cup chopped celery (1-2 ribs)
- 1/2 Cup chopped red bell pepper (1/2 pepper)
