Cheesy Chicken and Potato casserole is a easy dish to make and a complete meal that you can make all in one pan
- Vegetable cooking spray
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese or Colby Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 (28 ounces) package frozen diced potatoes (hash browns) with onions and peppers, thawed
- Salt
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or thinly sliced green onion

- Directions:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
- seasoning salt
- 6 slices bacon, cut in half
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 1/2 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 cups shredded Colby/Jack cheese
- Honey Mustard Sauce Recipe
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- Mix the mayo, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, honey, onion flakes and lemon juice together in a bowl. Cover and chill in refrigerator overnight. Serve with chicken.

- GREMOLATA:
- Olive oil (enough for a thin layer in a Dutch Oven)
- 6 veal shanks (8 to 10 ounces and 1 1/2-inches thick each), tied around equator with butcher's twine (I used 6 oxtails, which is less traditional)
- 1 cup flour seasoned with 1 tbsp salt and 1 Tbsp pepper)
