- 4 - 3.5 oz Chicken breasts (two whole breast cut in half)
- 2 Tbls Olive Oil
- Poultry Magic
- Grilled Veggies
- 4 - Sweet Onions quartered
- 2 - Bell Peppers quartered (red, yellow, green or mixed)
- 4 - tomatoes quartered
- 2 - bags of fresh spinach
- Greek Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper
Asparagus & Peppers with Roasted Chicken

Mix veggies and spices and steam for about 5-7 minutes
- 6 - 8 oz roasted chicken
- 1 red pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1 green pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1 bunch of asparagus spears, chopped
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 1 cup cherry or cherub tomatoes
