- 1 (12-ounce) bottle Guinness or 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- BOXTY:
- 1 cup potato, grated
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk or buttermilk

- 2 potatoes
