- 1/4 cup Mrs. McGarrigle's Creamy Champagne Mustard
- 1/4 cup Bourbon
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- sea salt to taste
- 1 tsp. Worcestshire sauce
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup chicken stock or water
