- 1/4 c. agave nectar
- Cinnamon
- For the filling:
- 1 huge Granny Smith apple
- 1/4 c. brown sugar (I substitute raw Stevia)
- 1/4 c. agave nectar
- Dash of vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- For the topping:
- 1/3 c. oats
- 1/3 c. almond meal
- 1/4 c. brown sugar (again, I use Stevia)
- 1/4 c. agave nectar

Cherry Chipotle Duck Breast Skewers are a terrific combination of taste and texture
- 4 boneless, skinless duck breasts (sliced lengthways into 5 strips)
- 1/3 cup "Not Ketchup" brand cherry chipotle dipping sauce (plus more for dipping or drizzling)
- 2 clove garlic (peeled and minced)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoon cider vinegar (or other mild vinegar)
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper (as needed for seasoning)
- ground coriander (as needed for seasoning)
- vegetable oil (as needed for grill pan)

- Avocado Dressing
- 2 ripe Haas avocados
- 2 cloves of garlic
- juice of one medium, fresh lemon
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
- Start chopping! You can use any combination of fresh veggies that you prefer.
- Onions, sliced very thin
- Carrots, grated or sliced very thin (potato peeler)
- Celery, sliced thinly
- Sweet Bell Peppers, sliced
- Radishes, sliced thinly
- Cucumbers, seeded and chopped
- Mushrooms, quartered
- Seedless Grapes, halved
- Orange Segments
- Chick peas, drained
- Beans, white, black, rinsed and drained
- Broccoli, cut into florets
- Cauliflower, cut into florets
- Steamed Beets, chopped
