- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- Drizzle of vegetable oil

- 1/3- 1/2 cup EVOO
- 2 baking potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
