- 6 - 8 boneless chicken breast halves placed in a 9' x 11' pan
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 T. Worcestershire
- 1 T. crushed oregano

- 1/4 -1/4 cup potato starch (I used corn starch, think it is the same)
