Soup Nazi's Mexican Chicken Chili

Copycat recipe of the Soup Nazi's famous Chicken Chili
- Garnish:
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 10 cups water
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 potato, peeled and chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup frozen yellow corn
- 1/2 carrot sliced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 cup canned diced tomatoes
- 1 (15oz) can red kidney beans plus liquid
- 1/4 cup diced canned pimento
- 1 jalapeno, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped italian parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- dash cayenne pepper
- dash basil
- dash oregano
- Sour cream
- parsley

Cut chicken into chunks or strips (whichever you prefer) and place into the bottom of your slow cooker
- 2 lbs. raw chicken, boneless and skinless
- 28 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 12 oz. package of couscous (if you can find a mix with toasted pine nuts, then that's even better)
- 1/2 c. pitted kalamata olives, chopped

- 6 oz cream cheese, soften
- 6 oz Hormel chunk breast of chicken, drained and flaked

Chicken, Sugar Reef Style Jerk

Jerk chicken is the pride of Jamaica and it the most requested dish on the Sugar Reef menu
- 1 Tbsp ground allspice
- 1 Tbsp dried thyme
- 1-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1-1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1-1/2 tsp sage
- 3/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- juice of one lime
- 1 scotch bonnet pepper, seeded and finely chopped (can substitute habanero)
- 1 cup chopped white onion
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 4 6- to 8-ounce chicken breasts, trimmed of fat, skin pulled off

Saute chicken with onions and green peppers in frying pan
- 2 lb boneless chicken, cut into 1 in pieces
- 1 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1 c. green bell pepper, diced
- Pinch crushed chili peppers
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp dry cilantro
- 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp pureed jalapeno peppers
- 2 c. chicken stock
- 1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 (16 oz) can kidney beans, drained
- 2 (14 1/2 oz) can tomato sauce
- Lime juice to taste
- Toppings: Grated Cheddar cheese, diced onion, sour cream, Corn tortilla chips.
