- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 cup of fresh blueberries
- juice from1 lemon (approx. 1/4 cup)

Peach Melba is a classic dessert, but even classics can be improved upon
- For the press-in crust:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more as needed
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
- 8 tablespoons cold, unsalted butter (1 stick), cut into small pieces, plus more for coating the pan
- 4 to 5 tablespoons ice water
- For the filling:
