- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tsp. all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp. nonfat sour cream
- 1 tsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
