- 1-1/2 cups uncooked bow tie pasta
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup chopped sweet yellow pepper
- 1 cup chopped zucchini
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink
