- 4 boneless center cut loin pork chops
- 15 oz can of sliced peaches in lite natural sauce
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 Tbls soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- Salt and Pepper
- Olive Oil for frying pork chops

Heat oven to 400 degrees. In 4-quart saucepan, mix Splenda, cornstarch and cinnamon

- 1 T. cornstarch
