- 3 cups of Chicken Stock
- 1 14oz Can of Diced Tomatoes or Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup of Frozen Peas, thawed
- 3 Tbsp of Vegetable Oil
- Fresh Chopped Parsley
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
