  • MERINGUE CAKE:
  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1 cup superfine or castor sugar
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch (corn flour)
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
