Meatloaf with Turkey, Pork & Ground Beef

This deliciously moist meatloaf uses ground turkey, beef and pork
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped small
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, plain or seasoned
- 3/4 cups ketchup, divided
- 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 pound lean ground turkey
- 1/2 pound breakfast sausage (whatever flavor you like)
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

Preheat oven to 350. In a skillet add chopped bacon
- 17-20 About 17-20 cooked shells
- 1 lb of ground meat
- 10 slices of chopped bacon
- 5 slices of American cheese
