- 8 ounce shredded Kraft Mild Cheddar Cheese (about 2 cups), divided
- 8 ounce shredded Kraft Monterrey Jack Cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Follow above directions
- PIE CRUST:
- 2 Cup Flour
- 1/2 Cup Oil (more if dry)
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 5 T. Cold Milk
- With a fork stir into a ball.
- Roll out between waxed paper.
- Put in sprayed pie plate. Bake at 350' for 15-20 mins
- LEMON PUDDING:
- Lemon pudding / cook and serve (Sm box) (can use Lg box, follow directions)
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 2 1/4 C Water
- Make as directed on package
- Set aside and pour into crust once baked.
- MERINGUE:
- Boil until clear and thick:
- 1 T. Corn Starch
- 6 T. Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 3 Egg Whites (Beat on high, whites to foam)
- Then pour hot mixture into egg whites and beat for 4 mins or until stiff peaks. Spread on pie and make peaks with spatula.
- Bake at 400-425 degrees until brown peaks
- Cool and eat

- 2 eggs 2
- 1 1/2 cups ROBIN HOOD® All Purpose Flour 375 mL
- (I used 1 tsp baking soda)
- 1 tsp baking powder 5 mL (will use 1/2 tsp baking powder)
- 1/4 tsp salt 1 mL
- 1/2 cup milk 125 mL
- 1/4 cup poppy seeds 50 mL
- 1 tbsp lemon zest 15 mL (I used lemon zest from 1 lemon)
- (I added lemon juice from 1 lemon)
- Icing Glaze:
- 1 cup icing sugar 250 mL
- 3 tbsp milk 45 mL
- Lemon Glaze:
- 1 cup icing sugar 250 mL
- 3 tbsp lemon juice 45 mL
- Zest of 1/2 lemon (I added this)
