- 2 dozen (2 lbs) large raw shrimp
- 1/4 lb butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 scissor-snipped green onions
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Worcestershire
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp season salt
- A little pepper

- 1 pound spinach leaves, fresh, washed,well-drained torn into bite-sized pieces.
- 2 cups clam juice
- 4 TB butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
