- 1 1/2 tsp. grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 12 oz swordfish steaks, cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 6 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
