- 12 oz cooked chicken breast, chopped or shredded (I used grilled, but any kind would work)
- 1/3 cup chopped green olives with pimientos (I also used a few Kalamata olives because I needed to use them up!)

- 2 cups chicken broth (vegetable broth works great in a pinch as well!)

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- 2 cups Cannellini beans (you can use canned if needed make sure you rinse them as well)* see my suggestion above if using dry beans
