- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 2 tablespoons sugar

- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 large eggs

1. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large pot over medium heat

- 3/4 cup long grain white rice (uncooked)

- 1 ring of beef kielbasa
- 3 links of chorizo
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 large green pepper chopped
- 5 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Creole seasoning (see following)

- 2 cans (15.5 oz) red kidney beans
- 1 small bag fresh spinach, chopped (about 5 cups)
