In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg and seasonings
- 2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 8-oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
