Yummy fried rice made entry of vegetables
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 Tbsp. Coconut oil
- 1 lg. Carrot cubed (I cut up about 15 baby carrots)
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 cup frozen broccoli (or peas or whatever you prefer)
- 2 beaten eggs
- 3 Tbsp. Low sodium soy sauce
- 6 scallions minced

- 1 Pork Tenderloin

- 1/4 cup Lime juice fresh
- 3 cups Orange juice fresh
- 1/2 small Red Onion finely chopped
- 4 Garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 Habanero pepper finely chopped
- 1 t Cumin Seed
- S&P to taste
