- 3 Tablespoons water (or Grand marnier or bourbon)
- GARNISH:
- 6 ripe figs, cut in half
- Fine sugar or
- 15 ripe figs, cut in half lengthwise, stems removed

- Small kitchenBlow torch/brulee torch (if making bruleed figs)
