- BREAD PUDDING:
- 5 croissants, cut into 1/2” pieces
- 2 dinner rolls, cut into 1/2” pieces
- 2 oranges, zested
- 8 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- BROWN BUTTER-CINNAMON GLAZE:
- 1/2 pound butter, 2 sticks
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
