- 1 butternut squash, halved, seeds removed
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 orange, zested
- 1/2 pound melted butter, 2 sticks
- 1/2 cup water, possibly more
