1) HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 minced garlic
- 1 lb frozen cooked shrimp, thawed
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained
- 2 cups Minute White Rice, uncooked
- 1/3 cup light teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

This is a riff off an Anne Burrell Recipe (see foodnetwork)
- 3 cups reserved juice from Steamed clams (see Robert Irvine Steamed clam recipe foodnetwork.com)
- 2 1/2 dozen steamed clams roughly chopped (set aside)
- 4 Thick slices of bacon cut into Lardon (or 6 regular)
- 1 large onion diced
- 2 T Olive Oil
- salt/pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs Yukon gold Potatoes cut into 1/2 dice
- 4 T flour
- 1 c Heavy Cream
- 2 c milk (2 %)
- 1/4 t thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 T butter

Cook grits: Add 4 parts cold water to 1 part grits and some salt
- 1 cup grits

- Cheddar Cheese
- 2 lb shrimp, peeled, patted dry between paper towels

- 2 Tablespoons, Vegetable Oil
- 3 Garlic cloves, crushed*
- 2 medium to large Zucchini, halved then sliced into half-inch chunks
- 1 Tablespoon, dark Soy sauce or to taste*
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 lb raw jumbo Shrimps, peeled and deveined
- Salt, to taste
- Sweet Chili Sauce, 3-5 Tablespoons diluted with about 3-7 tablespoons of water, or to taste*
- A few drops of Sesame oil.
