- 3/4 cup grated raw potato
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg white
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 Tablespoons green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon caraway seed
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 whole wheat flour
- 2 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

Ninja Baked Potato Soup
- 2/3 cup butter
- 2/3 cup flour
- 7 cups milk
- 4 large baking potatoes, baked, cooled, peeled and cubed, about 4 cups
- 4 green onions, (including tops) chopped
- 10 to 12 strips bacon, cooked, drained, and crumbled
- 1 1/4 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Celery salt, (optional to be sprinkled on top of each bowl)
Slow Cooker: Sweet potato lasagne

In a large frying pan, brown the ground beef and drain any excess oil
- Meat Sauce:
- 1 lb ground meat (beef, chicken, turkey)
- 3 cups crushed tomatoes or tomato puree
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 1/2 large onion, finely diced
- 1-1/2 tbsp each: dried basil, onion powder, garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1-1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 servings Kal Stevia or 4 servings Orgainc Trader Joe's Stevia or sweetener of choice (to taste)
- Spinach Mixture:
- 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of fresh nutmeg
- 12 oz. sweet potato, peeled and carefully sliced into 1/8 inch rounds
- Salt
- 12 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded or sliced (approximately 3 cups)
- Fresh grated Parmesan and chopped parsley for garnish

- 2 TBS Butter
- 1 Onion Diced
- 1 TBS Minced Garlic
- 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour

- 5 Cups STIFF Instant Potatoes (STIFF is important, too loose and they will fall apart in the fryer)
