- BROTH:
- Bones and trims of chicken

- 1 1 piece 1 small piece of ginger
- 1 1 1 onion, diced in four
- 2 2 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 2 2 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy sauce
- 3 3 3 ounces cabbage

- TERIYAKI SAUCE:
- 3 3 3 cups of home made stock or store bought, no sodium chicken stock
