Cooking the ribs: Lightly coat each side of the ribs with the dry rub
- Rib Rub:
- 6 each Full rack baby back ribs, trimmed
- 1 Cup Rib Rub (recipe follows)
- 4 Cups Rib marinade (recipe follows)
- 1 Cup Light brown sugar
- 1-1/2 Tbsp Blackening spice
- 7 Tbsp Jerk seasoning
- 3 Tbsp Kosher salt
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Rib Marinade:
- 4 Tbsp Liquid smoke
- 1-1/2 Cup Coca Cola
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Cup Water
- Mix all ingredients well in a mixing bowl with a wire whisk.

To make the bread, whisk together the flours, yeast and salt

- 1/2 C Whole Wheat Flour
