- 3 to 4 sprigs fresh parsley (2 tablespoons or more)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon Basil
- 28 ounces Italian style tomato sauce (I use Deli Frateli)
- 8 ounces Hunts tomato sauce (Basil, Garlic, Oregano)
- 6 ounces Contadina tomato paste
- 1 half pint heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup vodka
