- Chicken Marinade:
- 8 oz fresh egg noodles or steamed chow mein/chow mein
- 4 oz chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3-4 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 oz cabbage, finely sliced
- 1/2 small carrot, peeled and cut into thin strips
- 1 heaping tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon dark soy sauce, optional, for coloring purpose
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3 dashes white pepper powder
- Pinch of salt
- 4 oz bean sprouts, rinsed and drained
- 2 stalks scallion, cut into 2-inch lengths
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon corn starch

- FLAVOURING MIX:
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chicken bouillon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- MEAT INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 lb barbecued pork (char xiu)
- 6 -8 medium shrimp
- 7 -8 baby bok choy
- VEGETABLES:
- broccoli
- cauliflower
- 3/4 cup shiitake mushroom (rehydrated or fresh, i buy the dried black ones)
- 1/2 cup sliced bamboo shoot
- 1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts
- 1/2 cup baby corn
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 (250 g) packages fresh egg noodles
- 1/4 cup water
- OTHER INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 5 tablespoons oil

- 1/2 lb. angel hair pasta
- 3 T. hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. corn starch
- 2 T. vegetable oil
- 1 T. finely chopped ginger
- 1 medium onion cut in thin slices
- 5 shitakke mushroom caps thinly sliced

- 1 package Steam Fried Noodles (14 oz / 397 gms) Taipan brand is what could be tested with.
- 1 teaspoon Canola Oil
- 1 Medium Yellow Onion
- 1 1/2 pounds [675 gms] Flank Steak (or Sirloin Steak)
- 1/4 cup No-Nut Peanut Butter
- 1/3 cup VH Dry Garlic Sparerib Sauce
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 heads Broccoli Florets
- 10 Mushrooms
- 1/2 Red Pepper
- 1/2 Yellow Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Canola Oil
- 2 Green Onions
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger (from a jar)
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Garlic (from a jar)
- Cooked Steam Fried Noodles
- 1 tablespoon Kepac Manis (Sweet Soy Sauce)
- 1/4 teaspoon Curry Powder

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat
- 8 ounces Chinese long beans or green beans, cut into 1/2 to 1-inch pieces to yield about 2 cups
- 2 large carrots, peeled, trimmed and cut into matchstick-size pieces
- 8 ounces fresh or dried chow mein noodles
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 (2-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and minced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 large shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
