- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
