- 2 large broccoli florets, cut into small florets
- 1 can anchovies, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped

- 3/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

- 1 lb dry spaghetti (I use multi-grain)
- 1 cucumber; peeled, seeded, and cut into matchsticks

- 3 cloves minced fresh garlic
- 1/2 cup freshly chopped scallion
