From Detoxinista. Made this with onions, asparagus and bok choy
- Butter, for greasing the pan
- 1/2 bunch asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 1 heaping cup)
- 1 cup thinly sliced leeks, both white and green parts
- 6 whole eggs, beaten
- 2 oz. chèvre (soft goat cheese)
- Sea salt and pepper

- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar

- 1 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla (up to 1 T)
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 4 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1 1/2 - 2 c. chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 - 2 c. M & M’s or any chopped up candy
