Slow Cooker Roast Beef

This is a great recipe! I got it from Kelly Winters of Primally Inspired
- 1 Roast
- 3 cups beef or chicken stock
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 onions, diced
- 16 ounces of mushrooms, roughly chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 t onion powder
- 1 t paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
Roasted Radishes and Carrots with Thyme

Preheat oven to 450. Toss radishes and carrots with oil, thyme, salt and pepper
- 1 bunch small to medium radishes
- 6 regular carrots cut into 1/2 inch slices
- Coconut oil, palm oil, butter or ghee
- Palmful fresh thyme, chopped or 1 t dried thyme
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Lemon
Slow-Cooker Applesauce

1. Arrange apples evenly in a slow-cooker
- organic gala (or similar) apples, 7 medium, peeled & sliced thinly
- coconut sugar, 1/8 cup
- filtered water, 1 1/2 cups
- organic ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon
Creamy Broccoli Soup

In a stock pot or Dutch oven, heat the stock or water on medium high heat
- 2 cups vegetable stock or water
- 3 to 4 cups broccoli, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 red or yellow onions, chopped
- 1 avocado
- 1-2 stalks of celery, chopped
- Bragg's Liquid Amino's, salt, cumin, ginger, etc, to taste - experiment with different spices

Chocolate Milkshake Smoothie

- 2 avocados
- 1/2 cup raw cocoa
- 4-6 raw cocoa nibs (optional, just adds a bit of intensity to the chocolate flavor)
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 3 handfuls spinach
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 t vanilla
- 1.5 T organic peanut butter
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas
- 3 cups ice
Vegetable Seasoning

A salt free herb blend that will kick up the taste of veggies
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried chervil (tarragon)
- 1 tsp dried chives
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried savory (or rosemary)
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
Homemade Chocolate Syrup

Mix all ingredients in saucepan
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
