Meatza Recipe for Grain-Free Pizza

1) Preheat oven to 400F. Mix ground beef, pepper, salt, seasoning, and garlic
- 5 pounds grass-fed ground beef (where to find grass-fed beef)
- 1 1/4 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 1/4 teaspoons sea salt, ground (where to find a REAL sea salt)
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 3-6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 1/4 cups tomato sauce
- 1 onion, diced
- 1-2 zucchini or summer squash, thinly sliced (or the vegetables of your choice)
- 2 tomatoes, sliced into rounds (or the vegetables of your choice)
- 5 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (optional)
Liver & Onions Marinara

Something to try with all that liver I have from my side of beef!
- 8 strips bacon, cut into 1″ pieces
- 2 medium onions, sliced thinly
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced thinly
- 8 oz liver, cut into 1/4″ wide strips (kitchen shears works well for this)
- 2 cups thick marinara or seasoned tomato sauce of choice

- 16 ounces black beans, drained
- 16 ounces butter beans, drained
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 dash of salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 bunch of fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

- My version:
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch Swiss chard, stems removed and sliced into thin strips (may substitute spinach)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 whole eggs
- 6 egg whites
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 small yellow pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- Several large handfuls of baby spinach, sliced into strips
- 16 eggs
- 4 oz feta cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Tumeric
- I used my big black ceramic skillet. Careful after adding the eggs-stir egg mixture into the sautéed veggies and don't exceed 2 minutes on stove or bottom starts to burn. Bake at 350 for longer than 10 minutes. Closer to 20.

- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (I would use coconut oil)
- 5 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 cups raw almonds, chopped coarse
- 2 cups dried cranberries (or your favorite dried fruit)
Ultimate Summer Quinoa Salad

- 2 cups cooked and cooled quinoa (I used Trader Joe's organic tricolor quinoa)
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 Persian cucumber (or 1/2 English hothouse), diced
- 2-3 ears fresh raw corn, kernels cut off
- 1 (15 oz.) can black beans
- 3 large nectarines, pitted and diced
- 1 small shallot, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- juice of 1/2 lime

- 1/2 C butter, melted
- 1/2 C brown sugar (you could also use coconut sugar in place of the brown and white sugar)
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 C wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 medium banana mashed
- 1 1/2 C grated zuchinni
