- 6 lg. yellow squash
- 4 lg. onions
- 2 green bell peppers
- 3-4 hot peppers (red)
- 1 small bag baby carrots
- 1/4 c. canning salt
- 2 c. apple cider vinegar
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 2 tsp. turmeric
