OLIVE STUFFED PORK ROAST

Using a small sharp knife cut 10 to 12 slits into the meat Put a 1/2 garlic clove into each slit
- 1 1/2 lb pork roast
- 5 garlic cloves cut into halves.
- 3 tbs of Dijon mustard,
