- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1 apple, peeled, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. dried cranberries
- 3/4 cup chopped toasted pecans
- 1 centre-cut pork loin (4 lb./2.2 kg), butterflied

German Jaeger Schnitzel Recipe

German Jaeger Schnitzel is traditionally made from pork, accompanied by a creamy mushroom Jaeger sauce
- 4 pork fillets
- (approx. each 200g)
- salt and pepper
- 100 g mushrooms, sliced
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
- 100 ml sherry
- 150 ml meat broth
- 100 ml cream
- 1 onion, finely chopped
ZESTY ITALIAN CHICKEN

Unscrew tip of infuser, remove seal, and replace tip
- 1 3.5 oz. tube FRENCH'S® FLAVOR Infuser™ Zesty Italian
- 4 lb. whole roasting chicken
BAKED EGGS, BULGARIAN STYLE

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tomato
- 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of paprika
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 sprig of oregano
Spiced Game Hens

Pre-heat oven to 375°F 1
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 24-ounce Cornish game hens
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Home Made Baked Beans

Wash and soak beans overnight, strain and add to pot with 4 cups of water, spices and seasoning
- 1 lb dry pinto beans
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- crushed peppers (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 3 garlic cloves (cut in half)
- 2 tbsp. cumin
- 1 smoked pork chop or smoked bacon
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 cups water (or broth and water mixture)
- Seasoning
- salt, pepper and garlic powder

- 4 jalapenos seeded and halved

New Potatoes with Garlic, Tomatoes and Shrimp

1. Wash and dry the potatoes
- 1 lb 12 oz small new potatoes, unpeeled
- 4 peeled, seeded and chopped tomatoes
- 12 raw prawns or large shrimp, peeled
- 2 ActiFry spoons of finely chopped parsley or fresh Provence herbs
- 2 heads garlic
- 1.5 ActiFry spoons of olive oil
- salt and freshly ground pepper for seasoning

- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 chopped fresh sage or l tsp dried
- 4 lean boneless pork chops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 red onions,sliced into rings
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp.sugar
- 4 plum tomatoes, quartered
- salt and pepper to taste
