Smoky Grilled Chicken Recipe

In a large bowl, dissolve sugar, mustard and coffee in hot water
- 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground mustard
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 bottles (14 ounces each) ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Liquid Smoke, optional
- 1 broiler/fryer chicken (3-1/2 to 4 pounds), quartered
Sweet Curry Chicken (low sodium)

Step 1 Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
- 3 tbsp. (45 mL) liquid honey
- 1 tbsp. (15 mL) Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) Becel® salt free margarine
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) curry powder
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs, trimmed of fat
WARM CHICKEN SALAD WITH ORANGES & SPINACH

Cut chicken breasts into 2 1/2 inch strips
- 1 pound chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 large oranges
- 1/2 pound fresh spinach leaves, washed and drained
- 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into julienne strips
- 1 cup prepared Hidden Valley Ranch®
- Original Ranch® salad dressing
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Burrito Casserole

Serve sprinkled with 1/3 cup chopped green onions, with light sour cream and sliced avocado on the side, if desired
- 2 tbsp Pure Canola Oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 ground cumin
- 10 oz Lean ground beef (cooked)
- 1 cup Cooked Whole Grain Brown Rice Sides
- 1 can Black Beans , rinsed and drained
- 1 jar Salsa
- 1 pkg Whole Grain Whole Wheat Tortillas
- 2 cups Tex-Mex Light Shredded Cheese
Easy Shrimp Fried Rice

Add all ingredients into the ActiFry, cover the lid and set timer to 20 minutes
- 4 cups of cooked brown rice
- 1/2 cup of onion, diced
- 1/4 cup of cooked ham, diced
- 1/2 cup of mixed frozen vegetables, thawed
- 1/2 pound of shrimps, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

Chicken with Orange Juice and Peanuts

To prepare this dish you should put onions in the Actifry and cook for 5 minutes
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
- 1/2 spoon cooking oil
- 2 spoon sherry vinegar
- 3 1/2 fl oz orange juice
- 2 oz unsalted coarsely chopped peanuts
- 1 lb 5 oz cubed boneless chicken breast
- 10 fl oz low salt chicken salt
- 1/4 spoon corn flour

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lb good liver
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 4 ounce of lean bacon slices cut into narrow strips
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 celery stalk thinly sliced
- 2/3 cup red wine
- 1 tsp chopped sage or 1/2 tsp dried
- 2/3 cup beef stock
- 1 good pinch of ground allspice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3-4 tomatoes peeled quartered and de-seeded
- salt and pepper
