To keep them warm until you're ready to serve, try storing the flatbreads in a damp dish towel in the oven while you make them. You can use flatbreads to dip in tzatziki or humus, to sop up leftover sauce from a curry or stew, or to make mini pizzas with. And if you have too many flatbreads leftover, you can cut them into little triangles or squares and bake them in the oven for your own homemade nachos or pita chips.
