- 2 big cube steaks
- 1-2 egg whites
- 2 tbs.Frank's hot sauce or your fav.
- CarbQuick
- 2 tbs. Parmesan cheese (approx)
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Black pepper (opt)
- Bacon fat mixed with coconut oil (not virgin)

- Put enough CarbQuick in shallow bowl to flour meat
