hold the parm and add a small amount directly to pasta (1/2 c plus 2 T) salt is omitted (recipe says 1/4 tsp)
- 2 cups packed basil leaves (approx 1 bunch, stems removed)
- 3 T pine nuts

- 2 T water

- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
- 1 c chopped onion
- 1 c uncooked wild rice
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 4 c low sodium chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh sage
- 1 c uncooked long-grain brown rice
- 1/2 c dried sweet cherries
- 1/2 c chopped dried apricots
- 1/2 c chopped toasted pecans
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

In a small bowl whisk mayo, buttermilk, lemon juice, and dill weed until smooth, set aside
- 1.5 c mayo
- 1/2 c buttermilk
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 TB chopped dill
- 1 c diced celery
- 3 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 c sliced snow peas
- 1/2 c diced red onion
- 15 oz whole kernal corn
- 1 lb box bow tie pasta (cooked to package)

IP Mac and Cheese

Inside the instant pot, place the macaroni, water, salt and butter
- I box (16 ounce of elbow macaroni)
- 1 1 1 cup half and half (milk may even work!)
- 3 3 3 Tb of butter
- 2 2 2 tsp salt
- 2 2 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese (Don't use pre-shredded!)
