  • 1 recipe Sour Cream Pastry for Pot Pie (in my collection)
  • 1 head broccoli, in florets (about 4 cups)
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 3/4 lb turkey breast (you can use in cubes, ground, etc)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 Tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup light cream or milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp sherry
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

  • 20 medium littleneck clams, thoroughly scrubbed of all sand and grit
