Turkey - Broccoli Pot Pie

You can substitute broccoflower or cauliflower in this recipe
- 1 recipe Sour Cream Pastry for Pot Pie (in my collection)
- 1 head broccoli, in florets (about 4 cups)
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 3/4 lb turkey breast (you can use in cubes, ground, etc)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 Tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup light cream or milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp sherry
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Gingerbread Loaf - Paleo

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 2/3 cup molasses (for best results, use Unsulphured Blackstrap Molasses)
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp nutmeg
Sweet and Sour Sardines

- 1 1/2 lb fresh sardines
- 1 1/2 lb white onions
- 8 oz white wine vinegar
- flour
- 1/10 lb pine nuts
- 1/10 lb raisins
- salt
- oil to deep fry ( i use coconut oil)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Combine cracker crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 cup crushed ritz crackers
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, smashed even
- 1 cup butter, melted
Vegan Chocolate Chip Chewy Cookies

Recipe yields 22-24 cookies
- 2 Tbsp golden flax meal
- 3 Tbsp water
- 2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp OR 1 3/4 stick vegan butter, room temp
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp molasses
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
Jambalaya

1. Heat 1 Tbsp of peanut oil in a large heavy dutch oven, over medium heat
- 2 Tbsp peanut oil
- 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 10 oz Andouille sausage, sliced into rounds
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 small green bell pepper, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 16oz can crushed italian tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp file powder
- 1 1/4 cups uncooked white rice
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth

1. Roast oats in oven for 10-15 minutes on a cookie sheet, no oil, until a nice golden brown
- 1 1/2 cups Quick Oats
- 1 cup peanut butter

- 2 quarts water
- 1 pound meaty hambone
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 sprigs celery leaves

- 1/4 cup catsup
- 1 carrot, chopped

- 3 cups pineapple chunks, in 1 inch pieces (1 small or 1/2 large pineapple
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1/2-1 Tbsp minced fresh mint
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 cups club soda, well chilled
- ice
- mint sprigs
Baked Clams with Bacon

- 20 medium littleneck clams, thoroughly scrubbed of all sand and grit
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 4 slices bacon, cut into thin slices crosswise
- 4 Tbsp (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 scallions, green and white parts, thinly sliced
- 2 medium garlic cloves, finely chopped
- grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
- kosher salt and white pepper
- 1/2 cup plain dried bread crumbs
- 1 small bunch curly parsley, leaves finely chopped ( 1 heaping tablespoon)
