These are absolutely delicious!!! They do take some time however

  • 4 Jalapeños, cut into rings (you can candy as many as you want though)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1-2 cups water (I usually go 1:1 ratio, sugar:water)
  • If you use both green and red jalapeños, they make a great dish for a christmas party
