- 1/3 cup (30 grams) Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups (600 ml) milk
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy whipping cream
- 4 large egg yolks
- 4 ounces (120 grams) semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
