- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2 TBS. milk ( I used skim and was loose with my measuring)
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 8 ounces of dark-chocolate candy coating ( I used Merckens)

- CHICKEN MARINADE:
- 3 3 3 cups water
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup Sherry cooking wine or a 1/2 cup substitute which I use (which I will explain a little later)
- SHERRY WINE SUBSTITUTE:
- to is a good Sherry Wine substitute for those who do not want to get their chicken drunk
- 1/8 1/8 1/8 cup vinegar
- 1/8 1/8 1/8 cup water
- 1 1 1 teaspoon sugar
- BROTH:
- Bones and trims of chicken
- 1 1 1 carrot cut in pieces
- 1 1 piece 1 small piece of ginger
- 1 1 1 onion, diced in four
- 2 2 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 2 2 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy sauce
- 3 3 3 ounces cabbage
- 6 6 6 cups water
- TERIYAKI SAUCE:
- 3 3 3 cups of home made stock or store bought, no sodium chicken stock
- 1/5 1/5 1/5 cup Kikkoman Soy sauce
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 Kikkoman Teriyaki sauce
- 4 4 4 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1/5 1/5 1/5 cup cold water

To Make Gingersnap Crust: Prepare 12 baking cups with paper liners, or grease with cooking spray
- Gingersnap Crust:
- 1 cup gingersnap cookie (or graham cracker) crumbs

- 8 cups Chicken Broth

POM Pomegranate Salad Dressing Recipes

Preparation POM Honey Vinaigrette: Prepare fresh pomegranate juice
- POM Honey Vinaigrette:
- Juice from 2-3 POM Wonderful Pomegranates*, or 1 cup POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
- 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 4 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon fresh tarragon or 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
- POM Soy-Ginger Dressing:
- Juice from 2 POM Wonderful Pomegranates*, or 1/2 cup POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
